I've worked alongside talent agencies and seen first-hand how they help creators grow. The good ones are brilliant. But the sticking point is always the same: 20% of every brand deal, every campaign, every invoice. For many creators that's tens of thousands of pounds a year - and a significant chunk of it goes towards admin, not deal-making. The operational work that keeps a creator business running but doesn't require an agent's expertise or connections. I built Agency Method to change that. All the infrastructure. None of the commission.

The story
The 20% problem
Twenty percent sounds like a number until you do the maths. On a £50,000 year, that's £10,000. On a £100,000 year, it's £20,000. Year after year, compounding as your career grows.
