1. Introduction
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and platform operated by With Agency Method Ltd ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing our website, creating an account, subscribing to our services, or connecting third-party integrations, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. About us

3. Nature of the service
Agency Method is a subscription-based software platform designed to support content creators and creator businesses with commercial management tools including deal and campaign tracking, contract management, invoicing, performance analytics and reporting.
The platform:
- Is provided digitally
- May evolve over time
- May include beta or early-stage features
- May be modified, updated, or improved without notice
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
4. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have authority to enter into a legally binding agreement
- Use the platform only for lawful business purposes
5. User accounts
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
You must not share access credentials with unauthorised individuals.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where:
- Information provided is false or misleading
- These Terms are breached
- The platform is misused
6. Team members and invited users
You may invite managers or team members to access your Agency Method account, subject to the permissions available on your subscription plan.
As the account holder, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring all invited users comply with these Terms
- The conduct of all users operating under your account
- Ensuring you have appropriate authority to share invited users' details with us
Invited users are bound by these Terms upon accepting their invitation and accessing the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove individual team members where misuse is identified, without terminating the account holder's access.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the platform unlawfully
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or misleading content
- Attempt unauthorised access to data
- Interfere with system integrity or security
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the service
- Use the platform to process data you do not have the legal right to use
We may suspend access immediately where misuse is identified.
8. Your data and content
You retain ownership of all data and content you upload.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process your data solely for:
- Providing the service
- Improving functionality
- Ensuring security and compliance
- Generating outputs requested by you (including reports and analytics)
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload any third-party data, including data relating to brands, contacts, or collaborators.
We act as a data processor in respect of content you upload into the platform.
9. AI-assisted features
Agency Method includes AI-assisted features, including contract parsing and field extraction, contract autoscan, campaign brief extraction, campaign report generation and AI-powered content highlights.
By using these features, you consent to relevant content being processed by AI tools for the sole purpose of generating the requested output.
We select AI providers who meet appropriate data protection standards. Data processed by AI tools is not used to train AI models.
AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it.
We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated outputs.
10. Third-party integrations
The platform may allow integration with third-party services including:
- Xero
- QuickBooks Online
- FreeAgent
- Instagram / Meta
- TikTok
- YouTube / Google
- Apple Calendar, Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook
- Notion
By connecting an integration, you:
- Authorise secure OAuth access to the relevant third-party service
- Permit syncing of relevant data between that service and Agency Method
- Accept that the third party's own terms and privacy policies apply
We:
- Do not store third-party passwords
- Do not access integrations without your authorisation
- Are not responsible for outages, inaccuracies, or service disruptions caused by third parties
- Are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs that affect integration functionality
You may disconnect integrations at any time from your account settings.
Google API Services
Agency Method's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
11. Cloud storage integrations
You may connect a cloud storage provider (Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive) to automatically sync copies of invoices, contracts and statutory interest claims to your connected storage.
By connecting cloud storage, you authorise Agency Method to create a dedicated folder structure and upload documents on your behalf. We use only the minimum permissions required and do not access, read or modify any other files in your storage.
We are not responsible for data loss, corruption or access issues within your cloud storage provider. You may disconnect at any time from your account settings.
12. E-signature
Agency Method provides an e-signature feature that allows you to send contracts for electronic signing. When using this feature:
- You are responsible for ensuring that the contract content is accurate and complete before sending it for signature
- E-signatures are captured with the signer's name, signature image, IP address, timestamp and a cryptographic hash of the document
- An execution certificate is generated upon countersignature, recording the signing audit trail
- You are responsible for ensuring that electronic signatures are legally sufficient for the type of agreement you are executing
We do not provide legal advice regarding the enforceability of e-signatures. You should seek independent legal advice if you are uncertain whether an e-signature is appropriate for a specific agreement.
We are not a party to any contract signed using the platform and bear no liability for the content, terms or enforceability of agreements executed through the e-signature feature.
13. Automated communications
Agency Method sends automated emails to third parties (typically brands) on your behalf as part of the following features:
- Payment reminders - automated emails sent when invoices become due or overdue
- PO Clock - automated requests for purchase order numbers
- Contract signing requests - emails inviting brand contacts to sign contracts
These communications are sent using brand contact details that you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to contact those individuals for these purposes. We send these communications as your agent, acting on your instruction through the platform.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of contact details you provide or for any consequences arising from automated communications sent on your behalf.
14. Statutory interest claims
Agency Method includes a feature that allows you to generate and send statutory interest claims under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
By using this feature:
- You acknowledge that you are responsible for determining whether a statutory interest claim is appropriate in the circumstances
- You confirm that the underlying invoice and payment terms are accurate and that payment is genuinely overdue
- You accept that Agency Method calculates interest based on the Bank of England base rate and the information you provide, and that you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any claim before sending it
Agency Method provides this feature as a tool to support your business operations. We do not provide legal advice and are not liable for any consequences arising from the use of this feature, including disputes with brands or incorrect claims.
15. Shareable media kit
Agency Method generates a media kit page from your account data. You may choose to share this via a public link that does not require a login to view.
You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of all information displayed in your media kit, including follower counts, engagement rates, rate cards and testimonials. You may disable the shareable link at any time from within the platform.
16. Data import
Agency Method allows you to import data from external sources including Notion, Google Sheets and CSV files.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to import any data you bring into the platform, including data relating to brands, contacts or third parties. Imported data is subject to the same terms as data you enter directly into the platform.
We are not responsible for data quality issues, duplicates or inaccuracies resulting from the import process. You should review imported data after import to confirm accuracy.
17. Subscriptions and payments
Agency Method is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is displayed prior to purchase.
Free trials
Where a free trial is offered, the trial period begins on the date of subscription and lasts for the period stated at the time of sign-up. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the start of the first billing period following your trial.
Billing
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store payment card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges from the next billing period, does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, and does not provide partial refunds for unused time.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law or where we have failed to provide the service as described. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at hello@withagencymethod.com.
Price changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
18. Beta features
The platform may include features that are in beta or early-stage development. These features are provided on an experimental basis and may be incomplete, subject to change, or discontinued at any time without notice.
Beta features are provided "as is" without warranty. We accept no liability for any loss, damage, or disruption arising from your use of beta features.
19. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the platform, including software, design, branding, content and code, belong to With Agency Method Ltd.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit the platform or any part of it without our prior written permission.
20. Platform availability
We may:
- Suspend the platform for maintenance or updates
- Modify or remove features
- Introduce usage limits
We are not liable for downtime, technical failures, or service interruptions.
21. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We exclude all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
We are not liable for:
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Loss of data
- Business interruption
- Indirect or consequential loss
- Loss arising from your reliance on AI-generated outputs
- Loss arising from third-party integration failures or outages
- Loss arising from automated communications sent on your behalf
- Loss arising from the use of the e-signature or statutory interest claim features
Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
22. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless With Agency Method Ltd from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal costs) arising from:
- Your misuse of the platform
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your unlawful use of third-party data
- The conduct of team members or invited users operating under your account
- Automated communications sent to third parties on your behalf
- Statutory interest claims generated and sent using the platform
23. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access:
- For breach of these Terms
- For non-payment
- Where required by law
You may stop using the platform at any time by cancelling your subscription.
Termination does not affect rights accrued prior to termination. On termination, your right to access the platform ceases. We may retain your data for the period required by law or our data retention policy.
24. Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website.
We will notify you of material changes where reasonably practicable. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
25. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
