Refund policy

1. Overview

With Agency Method is a subscription-based digital software platform.

Because our services are delivered electronically and provide immediate access to online tools, refunds are handled in accordance with the terms below.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy. This policy operates alongside our Terms of Use and End User Licence Agreement.

2. Free trial

Where a free trial is offered:

• No payment is taken during the trial period
• You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged
• Reminder emails are sent before trial expiry

Once the trial converts into a paid subscription, standard billing terms apply.

3. Subscription payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.

Once a subscription payment has been successfully processed:

• Payments are non-refundable, subject to your statutory cancellation rights (see section 7)
• We do not provide partial refunds for unused time
• Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period

You will retain access to the platform until the end of your paid period.

4. Annual subscriptions

If you purchase an annual subscription:

• The full annual fee is charged upfront
• Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the statutory cancellation period has expired (see section 7)
• Cancelling prevents automatic renewal but does not trigger a partial refund

5. Exceptional circumstances

We may consider refunds at our sole discretion in cases such as:

• Duplicate payments
• Incorrect billing due to technical error
• Fraudulent or unauthorised transactions

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

• Immediate suspension of your account
• Termination of platform access

We aim to resolve billing concerns promptly and fairly. Please contact support@withagencymethod.com in the first instance.

7. Your cancellation rights (UK consumer law)

If you are a consumer under UK law, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you a 14-day cooling-off period during which you may cancel your subscription without giving a reason.

For subscription services, this 14-day period begins on the day after the contract is concluded (the day you subscribe).

Early access to services

Agency Method provides immediate access to the platform upon subscription. During the sign-up process, you will be asked to:

• Expressly consent to the service beginning immediately during the 14-day cancellation period
• Acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once the digital service has been fully performed

If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period and you consented to the service starting immediately, you may be charged a proportionate amount for the service you received up to the point of cancellation.

Refunds under the cooling-off period

If you are entitled to a refund under the cooling-off period, we will process it within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Loss of cancellation right

If you have consented to immediate access and the service has been fully performed within the 14-day cooling-off period, you lose your right to cancel.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.

8. How to cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account billing settings within the platform.

Cancellation:

• Prevents future charges
• Does not refund previous payments (except where you are exercising your statutory cancellation rights within the 14-day cooling-off period)
• Does not provide partial refunds for unused time

You will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your current billing period.

To exercise your statutory right to cancel during the 14-day cooling-off period, you may use the model cancellation form below or make any other clear statement of your decision to cancel. Send your cancellation to support@withagencymethod.com.

9. Model cancellation form

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may use the following form to cancel your subscription within the 14-day cooling-off period. You are not required to use this form - any clear written statement of cancellation is sufficient.
