With Agency Method is a subscription-based digital software platform.

Because our services are delivered electronically and provide immediate access to online tools, refunds are handled in accordance with the terms below.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Free Trial

Where a free trial is offered:

  • No payment is taken during the trial period.

  • You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

  • Reminder emails are sent before trial expiry.

Once the trial converts into a paid subscription, standard billing terms apply.

3. Subscription Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.

Once a subscription payment has been successfully processed:

  • Payments are non-refundable.

  • We do not provide partial refunds for unused time.

  • Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.

You will retain access to the platform until the end of your paid period.

4. Annual Subscriptions

If you purchase an annual subscription:

  • The full annual fee is charged upfront.

  • Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after payment.

  • Cancelling prevents automatic renewal but does not trigger a partial refund.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds at our sole discretion in cases such as:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Incorrect billing due to technical error

  • Fraudulent or unauthorised transactions

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account

  • Termination of platform access

We aim to resolve billing concerns promptly and fairly.

7. Statutory Consumer Rights (UK)

If you are a consumer under UK law:

You acknowledge that digital services begin immediately upon account access.

By purchasing a subscription and accessing the platform, you agree that the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once digital services have commenced.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account billing settings.

Cancellation:

  • Prevents future charges

  • Does not refund previous payments
